Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Play Pikl and go to Settings.
2. Choose Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

By email

If you can't open the app, email ryvomarketing@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, photo, date of birth, zip code, gender, skill level), club memberships and join requests, event registrations and passes, notifications, preferences and sign-in identities. If you are the only admin of a club, the club passes to another member or is closed.

What may be kept

Scores from games you played stay in other players' results without your name. Purchase records required for tax or fraud purposes are kept for the period the law requires. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple or Google account settings.
