Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Play Pikl for using the Play Pikl app and playpikl.com. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Play Pikl

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and sign any club waiver on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for what happens under your account.

2. Clubs, organizers and events

Clubs and events on Play Pikl are created and run by their own organizers, not by us. Organizers decide who may join, approve registrations, set rules, fees, buy-ins and payouts, and run the games. Play Pikl provides the tools; it is not a party to arrangements between you and an organizer, and it does not collect, hold or pay out event buy-ins.

3. Physical activity and risk

Pickleball is a physical activity. By registering for an event you confirm you are fit to play and you accept the risks of participating, including injury. Clubs may require you to sign a waiver before you play; those waivers are between you and the club.

4. Your content and conduct

You own what you post (profile photo, posts, messages, feedback) and give us a license to display it in the app as needed to run the service. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or that you do not have the right to share. Use your real name on your profile. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Subscriptions

Some features, such as Club Pro, are paid subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Prices and periods are shown before you buy. Refunds follow the store's policies. The standard store license terms also apply to the app.

6. Ratings, scores and standings

Skill levels are self-reported and may be reviewed by organizers. Scores and standings are entered by organizers and players and are provided as-is.

7. The service

Play Pikl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Play Pikl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for the actions of organizers, clubs or other players, or for injuries during play; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months. We may change or discontinue features, and we may close accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes and contact

If we make material changes to these terms we will update the date above and ask you to accept them in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Questions: ryvomarketing@gmail.com.
